What You’ll Do
Plan and conduct user research across key product areas
Run interviews, usability tests, surveys, and other mixed methods
Analyze feedback and behavioral data to uncover patterns
Translate insights into clear, actionable takeaways for the team
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers
Build reusable research practices to make our team smarter over time
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 1–2 years of UX research experience (freelance, agency, or product side)
Are comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research
Know how to choose the right method for the right question
Can turn complex findings into simple, compelling stories
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setup
Value clarity, empathy, and critical thinking in your work
