Introduction:


We at Ketto, are searching for a Telecalling professional to help drive sales for Ketto. You would be required to call up the users whenever they drop off from the donation funnel (at any step). These are pre-existing users of Ketto who have previously donated to us & would have shown interest in donating to any fundraiser on Ketto recently, therefore you would be expected to get all the information about this donor on our panel.


Responsibilities:


  1. Contact potential or existing donors to inform them about our company's products.
  2. Answer questions about our products.
  3. Ask questions to understand donor's requirements and close sales.
  4. Enter and update donor information in the database.
  5. The call will have 4 major objectives:
  • To show gratitude towards donors, keeping in mind the tone of voice by thanking them for the work they have done to save many lives.
  • Get an idea as to why they dropped off from donating to a fundraiser and make note of their feedback. It could be a technical error or their personal choice, but gathering this information is crucial.
  • Sales - This is where the candidate will request the donor to donate on that particular fundraiser itself by persuading them.
  • If the opportunity presents itself, the candidate would be expected to upsell the amount. (For example: Let’s assume INR 1000 was amount they were intending to donate, the candidate would try & upsell 25% more).

 

What you bring to the table:


  1. Work experience of 0-2 years in Telecalling
  2. Willingness to work from office for 6 days in a week
