Process Trainer

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Strong experience in New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
• Ability to manage and execute activities related to NHT, OJT, and floor support
• Sound understanding of throughput management for both NHT and OJT
• Expertise in throughput calculations and performance analysis
• Experience in controlling and reducing attrition
• Ability to create PKT (Process Knowledge Test) content and conduct assessments effectively
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Sales Trainer
• Strong capability in training on sales techniques and soft skills
• Experience in Training Needs Identification (TNI)
• Ability to handle and improve Bottom Quartile performance
• Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations

Additional Advantage:

• Exposure to or hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools or solutions for projects/training initiatives will be considered an added advantage.
