Job Title: Sr Associate (ED office & comms)
Role: Executive Assistant to Director
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Executive Assistant to the Director
who will work closely with the ED’s office on programme delivery, NGO onboarding, data
systems, and strategic execution.
This is not a conventional EA role — it sits at the intersection of:
● Strategy execution
● Programme operations
● Data and systems building
● External stakeholder and CSR engagement
You will act as an extension of the ED’s office, ensuring priorities move with speed, structure,
and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Execution, Stakeholder Management
● Lead end-to-end NGO vetting and onboarding: Revamp work
○ Screen and evaluate
○ Manage documentation (FCRA, 12A, 80G, etc.)
○ Map NGOs by cause area, geography, and readiness
● Coordinate introductory meetings, proposal discussions, and onboarding (40 NGOs)
● Track proposal pipelines, follow-ups, and onboarding movement
● Support CSR partnerships, corporate engagements, and institutional stakeholders
● Manage communication and coordination with:
○ NGOs
○ CSR partners
○ Steering committee members
● Prepare pre-reads, summaries, and follow-ups for all external engagements
2. Executive Office Management & Project Coordination
● Manage ED’s strategic priorities, workstreams, and cross-functional coordination
● Drive timelines, track execution, and ensure closure across projects
● Prepare:
○ Meeting briefs
○ Notes and decks
○ Follow-up trackers
● Act as a central point of accountability across internal teams
● Solve for last-mile execution challenges and escalations
3. Data Management, Analysis & Systems Building
● Clean, structure, and manage large NGO and donor datasets
● Build dashboards, trackers, and scorecards (Excel/Google Sheets)
● Analyse trends across:
○ Geography
○ Thematic areas
○ Funding readiness
● Maintain high data accuracy, systems trackers for decision-making usability
4. Research, CSR Social Media Communication & Thought Support
● Conduct research on:
○ CSR trends
○ Payroll giving & global giving
○ Nonprofit capacity building
● Develop:
○ Insight notes
○ Sector briefs
○ Case studies and benchmarks
● Support CSR communication and storytelling:
○ Impact narratives
○ Decks and case studies
○ Corporate-facing content & proposal support
● Collaborate on PR, campaigns, storyboards and ecosystem positioning
● Track sector conversations and identify storytelling
● Maintain content calendars and scripts for social sector messaging in a B2B Impact
space.
Core Skill Sets
Technical & Analytical
● Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
● Data cleaning, structuring, and analysis
● Google Workspace proficiency with Canva

Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience (minimum 1 year)

● Clear commitment intent (especially if planning higher studies)
